Role Overview:

We are seeking a Parking Correspondence Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Handle appeals related to Parking Charge Notices (PCNs)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail regarding PCNs and other company matters
  • Respond to requests for information on issued PCNs
  • Address enquiries and complaints related to PCNs
  • Assist with other tasks connected to appeals and correspondence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process PCN appeals promptly
  • Communicate with customers via zendesk, zatpark, email and post
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence
  • Work closely with the admin manager to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Undertake reasonable additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Administrative experience required
  • Parking experience required
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems
  • Keen interest in technology
  • Understanding of parking regulations is beneficial but not required

  • Necessary equipment will be provided as required to fulfil the role, or an allowance will be paid for the use of your own equipment. Steps must be taken to ensure security is in place where personal equipment is used
